BUSINESS ANALYST
The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to define and implement new processes as well as reengineer existing ones within the Information Technology department. They will utilize standard system design tools to produce design documents that will be used by development staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in business administration or equivalent in experience required, combined with a minimum of 5 years in application or project management role.3 years experience in maintaining financial systems (preferable Oracle’s e-Business Suite) including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, budgeting and forecasting (preferably Hyperion Essbase and Pillar), and order processing concepts and its interaction with a Customer Relationship Management system. 3 years experience with an iterative software environment, Agile Methodology preferred, 3 years experience with relational database navigation in SQL/server, Oracle DB a plus. Some Experience in .Net Framework 2.0 and higher and Visual Studio.net. Experience with WCF, ASP.net, SharePoint/Team Foundation Server ETL/SSIS/Informatica XML/XSLT/CSS is a plus.
Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must have excellent organizational, time management, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to deal with stressful situations in a composed and constructive manner.
