Ron Wall

Ron Wall joined Advanstar to fill the newly created position of Executive Vice President, Pharmaceutical/Science in March 2011.  Ron’s key responsibility is the facilitation of  the  integration of our CBI conference business with our Pharmaceutical business.

Mr. Wall has over thirty-three years of B2B media company experience, with extensive expertise and knowledge of sales, marketing strategies, digital media, production, trade shows and acquisitions in the Pharmaceutical industry.

He previously served as Senior Vice President of Publishing at Canon Communications, where his achievements included delivering significant revenue increases in digital media, webcasts, e-newsletters and the launch of QMED.

Prior to Canon, Ron spent twenty-five years at Intertec Publishing, a Primedia Company, holding various positions, including President.  Ron worked in a number of diverse markets and played an integral role in growing the company from $15M with 12 brands to $400M in revenue with 100 brands, and 35 Trade Shows.
